CM Punjab Asaan Karobar Card (2025) – Apply Now!

Asaan Karobar Card is a scheme launched by CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz. In this scheme, an interest-free loan of up to 1 million PKR will be provided through a digital SME Card.

The aim is to support small entrepreneurs to grow and sustain businesses. For the transparent utilization of funds, the scheme will be structured through digital channels, e.g., Mobile Apps and POS, etc.

Loan Type: Revolving Credit Facility for 12 months
Repayment Terms: 24 equal monthly installments (after the first year)
Grace Period: 3 months from issuance for repayment commencement

Usage

Vendor and Supplier payments.
Utility bills, Government Fees, and Taxes.
Digital Transactions (POS and Mobile App).
Cash Withdrawals (up to 25% of the limit) for miscellaneous business purposes.

Eligibility Criteria for Asaan Karobar Card

The age Limit is 21 to 57 years.
Must be a resident of Punjab.
Must be a Pakistan National.
Small Entrepreneurs in Punjab.
Must have a valid CNIC.
Registered Mobile Number on the Applicant’s name.
Existing or prospective business within Punjab.
Clean Credit History with no overdue loan.
Credit and psychometric assessment must be satisfactory.

Note: There will only be one application per individual and business.

How to Apply for Asaan Karobar Card

Click on the Apply button given above or visit the PITB portal.
Read the instructions and ensure to fulfill the requirements given there before starting the application.
Click on the “Acknowledge & Proceed” button given at the last.

Enter the required user’s or applicant’s details and click “Register.”

Then login with your registered details.
Enter your remaining “Personal”, “Business” and “Loan” details.

Lastly, upload the Documents and click on “Submit” to apply successfully.

Note: Remember to click on the “Save” and “Next” buttons after entering your details in the respective sections.

Important Guidelines

Applications will be submitted digitally.
Processing fee (Non-refundable): PKR 500
Digital verification of CNIC, creditworthiness, and business premises will be conducted by authorized agencies.

Loan Usage & Repayment Details

The first 50% Limit will be available for use within the first 6 months.
The Grace Period will be 3 months after card issuance.
After 3 months, the borrower shall start paying monthly installments, with a minimum monthly payment of 5% of the outstanding loan balance (principal portion only).
The second 50% Limit will be released upon satisfactory usage, regular repayments, and registration with PRA/FBR.
Funds are restricted to business-related purposes.
Non-essential transactions (e.g., personal consumption, entertainment) are not allowed and will be blocked.
The remaining balance after the first year is repaid over 2 years in Equal Monthly Installments (EMIs).

Charges & Fees

The annual card fee will be PKR 25,000 + FED, which will be recovered from the obligor’s approved limit.
There will be additional charges for Life assurance, card issuance, and delivery charges covered by the scheme.
In case of late payment of installments, late Payment Charges would be recovered as per the Bank’s Policy / Schedule of Charges.

Security Details

Personal guarantee digitally signed by the borrower.
Life assurance is included in the portfolio.
Urban Unit conducts physical verification of business premises within 6 months of loan approval and annually thereafter.

Terms & Conditions

The usage of funds from the Asaan Karobar Card is restricted to only business activities. Usage of funds for non-business activities or non-business transactions will be blocked.
You must register with PRA/FBR within six months of card issuance, and it’s mandatory.
Only one individual or business is allowed to apply.

For startups and new businesses, feasibility studies are available on the BOP and PSIC websites.
